Groups

Joining a small group allows you the opportunity to have your faith strengthened by fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who have also been saved by His grace. We encourage you to do either of the following:

Join - Become an attender of a small group community

Lead - Share the topic, or Bible book that God placed on your heart with others

Host - Make your location available to others in the body of Christ for fellowship

Monday

Prayer Group // Clairemont // 6:00-7:00pm

Join us for a time of fellowship as we lift up our friends, family, circumstances, needs of the church, nation and anything the Lord places on our hearts in prayer to Him.

Tuesday

Women's Rejoice Group // Clairemont // 6:30-8:30pm

Our group is open and welcomes ladies who want to grow in their knowledge of God as revealed in the Bible, and draw closer to Him. By the working of the Holy Spirit, through Bible study, worship, and prayer we grow in, learn how to live out, and share our faith. As we gather together we build friendships that last, encourage, support love and good works in and outside of the bible study group. We hold one another accountable as sisters in Christ, bear one another's burdens, and share our joys. Beginning September 22, we'll be going through Ecclesiastes, Discovering Meaning in a Meaningless World by Sue Edwards.

Men's Bible Study // Phone // 7:00-8:00pm

As men, our study focuses on not being conformed to this world but being transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2), and we renew our minds and reinforce the new man that we are in Christ through our in-depth study of the scriptures.  We believe that God's revelation of Himself through His Word is profitable for all things in life, and our group focuses on growing our understanding of the scriptures and how it applies to our lives. Right now, we are finishing up 2 Corinthians and beginning in September we will begin our series through the book of Habakkuk.

Wednesday

Youth // Clairemont // 6:30-8:30pm

Our youth need God. With our ever-changing world and initiatives to remove God from every segment of society, young people need to be equipped with the knowledge of who God is and who they are through His Word. If you are or have a loved one between the ages of 12-18 that would like to attend, please sign up at the link above, as we train up the next generation to love God, themselves, and one another.

Young Adults (18-25) // Clairemont // 6:30-8:30pm

It's important to stay connected as young adult Christians trying to navigate an ever-changing and challenging world. Pastor Sean invites you to come as you are and grow weekly in the Lord with His people. We meet at 8344 Clairemont Mesa Blvd #100 in room B.

Women's 20's & 30's // Differing Locations Outdoors // 6:30-8:00pm

No matter what stage of life, we want to learn from each other and encourage each other in our relationship with God. We love being with each other and we recognize the power of the Word of God and incorporate that into our time together. We do life together!

Thursday

Men's 20's & 30's // Clairemont //  6:30-7:30am

In our men's fellowship we review the prior Sunday's message and dialogue around it for life application. We seek to support one another in our relationship with God, and become the leaders for our friends, family, and community that God desires us to be.

Bible Study // Clairemont // 6:00-8:30pm

We'd love for you to join us as we study God's Word. We are currently going through Habakkuk in a verse-by-verse manner. The Bible is God's inspired word to us and we want to soak up as much of it as we can.

Men's Group: The Christian's True Identity // Clairemont // 7:00-8:30pm

Who is this guy? For men to be effective spiritual leaders both personally and professionally, we must know who we are in Christ, and what it means for us to first and foremost identify as Christians. Are you allowing your desire for girls, gold, or glory to tell you who you are, or Christ?  Learn how to have Christ at the center of your life, and avoid the pitfalls of our current times.

The Bible Project Small Group Study // Clairemont // 7:00-8:30pm

The Bible Project is a non-profit organization committed to letting the Bible speak for itself via animated short-films. They believe in making Bible study approachable, engaging, and transformative. Join us as we explore the Bible through the 23 lessons of this cirriculum including, Tree of Life, Love, and The Character of God, and become equipped to represent Christ. Anatomy of the Soul // Clairemont // 7:00-8:30pm

We are uniquely designed by God in His image to worship Him, and be in relationship with Him. But is there a connection between what neuroscience says about our brain chemistry and how to relate to God? Why did God command that the nation of Israel "remember" so often?  How can spiritual disciplines help us integrate our brain to help us be more Christ-like? Join us as we explore Christian Neuroscientist and Medical Doctor, Curt Thompson's book Anatomy of the Soul, on how we can renew our minds to become the person that God designed us to be.

Friday

Raising Littles Mom's Group // Clairemont // 2:30-4:30pm

The stress of being a new mom are not by any means restricted. Am I doing this right? What am I doing? There is no one size fits all approach to being a new mom, but having the Godly support of other moms in the same season of life can be very comforting.

Bible Study // Phone // 7:00-8:00pm

We'd love for you to join us as we study God's word. We are currently going through Habakkuk in a verse-by-verse manner. The Bible is God's inspired word to us and we want to soak up as much of it as we can.
